CHÂTEAU DE CARDAILLAN
A delicious, generous, beautifully structured Graves, impeccably made at Château de Malle. A 16-hectare property with vines which average 25 years of age, on sandy gravelly soils.
Fermentation is in stainless steel with a 2-week cuvaison and ageing is for 12 months in a combination of new and one-year-old barriques. It is fined with egg whites and very lightly filtered prior to bottling. The 2014 vintage is perfect for drinking now.
