DOMAINE BERNARD REVERDY ET FILS
SANCERRE
The Reverdys are cousins of the Dezats and the domaine is now run by Romain Reverdy, a contemporary of Firmin Dezat. In recent years, they have been awarded by the Guide Hachette 7 ‘Coups de Coeur’ for their Rosé. It comes from press juice of Pinot Noir planted on ‘Terre Blanche’, chalk and clay.
The Sancerre Blanc is an assemblage of parcels, half is from caillotes (stoney soils), additionally terre blanche, and a small parcel of silex to make a wonderfully complete wine.
