DOMAINE DE MONTGILET

JUIGNÉ-SUR-LOIRE

Coteaux de l’Aubance takes its name from the tributary of the Loire river, Aubance. It is situated south of the town of Angers and directly north of Coteaux du Layon. In the late summer the morning mist from the Aubance tributary infects the grapes with noble rot making some of the finest sweet wines in the Loire.

Tasting with the Lebretons is an annual treat! Their sweet wines are outstanding and they deserve to be better known. The property has three parcels of land from which they make their extraordinary wines, and Les Trois Schistes is a blend of all three. Quite gorgeous.
