We worked with Domaine André Dezat for well over 40 years, starting with the magnificent André Dezat, then his two sons Louis and Simon. The third generation of cousins running the Domaine decided to go their separate ways and have amicably split the Domaine in two; DOMAINE FIRMIN DEZAT and DOMAINE ARNAUD & STEPHANIE DEZAT. We will be working with both.
Firmin has remained in the old Andre Dezat cellars and is making super fine Sancerre. The vineyards are now in organic conversion since the 2021.
The whites are wines are fermented and aged in stainless. The reds are fermented in stainless steel and transferred to barrel for malolactic fermentation
