CHÂTEAU DE LA PRESLE
“Anne-Sophie Penet and her Burgundian husband Frédéric Meurgey have increased the domaine to over 45 hectares. They and their four daughters now live in Château de la Presle, whilst Jean-Marie Penet spends his time hunting.
The wines are all vinified and aged in stainless steel, they’re made in a lovely fresh style made to be drunk young.
The Crémant de Loire is made by the traditional method using 80% Chardonnay and 20% Arbois. The wine is aged on its lees for 2 years as a minimum before disgorgement. “
