CHÂTEAU DE LA PRESLE
Anne-Sophie Penet and her Burgundian husband Frédéric Meurgey have increased the domaine to over 45 hectares. They and their four daughters live in Château de la Presle.
The wines are all vinified and aged in stainless steel, made in a lovely fresh style to be drunk young.
The Crémant de Loire is made by the traditional method using 80% Chardonnay and 20% Arbois. The wine is aged on its lees for 2 years as a minimum before disgorgement.
