Domaine Mandard
Touraine
In the 1970s Jacky Mandard chose to specialise in viticulture. In 1993, Jean-Christophe decided to take over the family Domaine, and is now joined by his son Jean-Baptiste who has returned to the Domaine after working in Bordeaux and the Rhône.
The vineyards are situated on the right bank of the river Cher. The slope allows optimal draining, the terroir is composed of clay and flint. The wines are fermented and aged in stainless steel.
