LES VERGERS DE LA MORINIÈRE

Astrid Hubert has 15 hectares in the heart of the Pays d’Auge. She uses 15 varieties of apples, together with 5% of pears, and never sprays her crop.
The cider is left in foudres for 1 year before distillation, the Calvados then being matured in long old oak barrels.
She only makes single vintage Calvados which is of sublime quality.
